- (1)教師介紹一星期之名稱─Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
Friday and Saturday

- (2)將學生分為七組,選定組長,組員回應,組長主攻,不可連攻同一組別兩次以上
-
- (3)將星期名稱之字卡由組長持拿,面向同學增加同學認字機會,亦可隨節奏搖動,增加趣味性
-
- (4)組員齊喊"Sunday 蹲, Sunday 蹲,Sunday 蹲完了,"組長接口"Friday
蹲 " Friday 的組員重複以上動作

- (5)遊戲可越來越快,教師可依節奏、正確度、團隊精神....等加以評分,選出優勝隊獎勵,出錯的隊伍表演

- (6)透過遊戲同學熟悉一星期之名稱後,教師可發下生活調查表,由同學填寫完成,
